WELCOME TO GRAND RAPIDS SASH AND DOOR ENTRYNET

EntryNET is an on-line ordering and quote system that puts the customer in control of their orders. With EntryNET, customers can create orders or quotes with real-time information including their own specific customer price level. You can check on current and previous quotes and orders, add to quotes, and change quotes into orders, even after regular business hours have ended. EntryNET also contains search capabilities based on Product ID#, Group Code, or Keywords. EntryNET also provides instant order acknowledgment for confirmation of quotes and orders. With EntryNET you get what you order, eliminating a possible typo by order entry staff or a misinterpretation of what you want. You have the control to get exactly what you want, exactly as you order it.

EntryNET requires a substantial program download to your computer and a login name and a password to function. To receive more information, training and have a custom account created for you, contact your nearest Grand Rapids Sash and Door office.

Move mouse into the white box beside "Username" and click left mouse button once. Now type in your User name. (CAUTION! user name and password are case sensitive.)
Press the "TAB" key or move the mouse into the white box beside "Password" and click left mouse button once. Now type in your password. (Remember it is case sensitive.) Move mouse over the "OK" button and click left mouse button once. You are now logged into EntryNET

If you are having problems accessing EntryNET, follow the steps below:

1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.

2. On the General tab, click Delete Files.

3. Check the box to Delete all offline content. Click OK.

4. Also on the General tab, click Settings.

5. Click View Objects.

6. In the Downloaded Program Files, find the EntryNET programs.
Right click on the EntryNET program name. Click Remove. Click Yes to confirm the removal
Repeat step #6 to clear all EntryNET references in the Downloaded Program Files.

7. Close the Download Program Files window.

8. Click OK to save the Settings.

9. Click OK to save the Internet Options.

10. Access EntryNET from the Internet Explorer via http://www.grsd.com/entrynet/

11. A short download will take place. When you are prompted with a Security Warning, click OK. (Pressing Enter will accept the default of NO.)

12. The update is complete when you see the EntryNET: Login requesting your Username and Password.
